Steamed Pork Bun (Shanghai Style)
These dumplings are very juicy inside and can be recognized by the way the wrapper is gathered up in folds to a point at the top before steaming in the bamboo steamer. The name of this dish translates roughly to “small dragon buns” in Chinese.
